The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media pages, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver creative strategies that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Page Management: ?Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. ?Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and engagement, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and comments. ?Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience. Content Management and Development: ?Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio) across social media platforms. ?Conceptualize and produce original content ideas that drive engagement, increase following, and enhance brand visibility. ?Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content. Client Communication and Reporting: ?Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering regular updates on social media performance. ?Prepare and present monthly social media reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies. ?Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and feedback to tailor content and campaigns accordingly. Social Media Strategy & Analytics: ?Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions for future activities. ?Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in the company’s social media strategies. ?Run social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement. Campaign Management: ?Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and special events. ?Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels. ?Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Brand Voice and Identity: ?Ensure that all social media content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and identity consistently. ?Maintain a strong, positive brand image through strategic content and interactions on social media. Qualifications: ?Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. ?Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. ?Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. ?Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ?Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail. ?Experience in client communication and reporting.
