Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our footprint in the global market, with a strong focus on the USA, EU & GCC. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services, including software development, design, and testing. Key Responsibilities 

Generate high-quality leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.​ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and strategic outreach.​ Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting international markets, especially the USA, EU & GCC.​ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.​ Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.​ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and interactions in the CRM system.​ Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.​ Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.​ Met and exceeded monthly and quarterly sales targets.​ Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in a service-based IT company (2–6 years preferred).​ Proven ability to handle international clients, especially in the US, EU & GCC markets.​ Strong understanding of IT services and global business environments.​ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).​ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.​ Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and present software solutions.​ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.​ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.​ Willingness to work in US time zones.

Bonus Points

5+ years of experience with a proven track record in business development in the IT sector.​ Existing network of clients, affiliates, or partners in the USA.​ Experience in handling CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
