Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our footprint in the global market, with a strong focus on the USA, EU & GCC. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services, including software development, design, and testing. Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and strategic outreach. Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting international markets, especially the USA, EU & GCC. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Met and exceeded monthly and quarterly sales targets. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in a service-based IT company (2–6 years preferred). Proven ability to handle international clients, especially in the US, EU & GCC markets. Strong understanding of IT services and global business environments. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and present software solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Willingness to work in US time zones.
Bonus Points
5+ years of experience with a proven track record in business development in the IT sector. Existing network of clients, affiliates, or partners in the USA. Experience in handling CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
