Brief DescriptionRequirements:-  

• Engineer with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in systems support 
• Windows & Linux Server Management
• Candidate requires to have knowledge and experiencing managing Active Directory systems and office setups
• Candidate requires to have knowledge of setting up office network infrastructure
• Candidate requires to have knowledge of setting up clients / OS / Office installations
• Candidate requires to have experience in managing firewalls and switches and office connectivity
• Candidate requires to have experience supporting IT infrastructure of 100-200 users in Kerala.   Responsibilities  
• Engineer will be responsible for independently setting up office infrastructure from Active Directory systems, switches , routers , firewalls.
• Engineer will be responsible for managing client infrastructure for 50-100 machines - Client OS setup, Office setup , Client OS updates and policies , AV updates.
• Engineer will be responsible for managing and administering office systems - Local Servers / Cloud Infrastructure / Access control / CCTV / Passive components requirements coordination / Video conferencing systems / Switch and VLAN configuration / Firewall policies.
• Engineer will be responsible in maintaining all information and records related to IT assets / Licensing / Support / Maintenance contracts.
• Engineer will be required to proactively manage configuration and policies for users and infrastructure components - Identity security, Infrastructure security , Data security , Firewall policies , End user policies .
• Engineer will be required to setup policies in coordination with HR and admin teams for IT access policy , Mail policy , Security Policy.    Preferred SkillsCertifications  
• Certification in Azure AD
• Certification in Fortinet or PaloAlto
• Certification in Cisco CCNA
