Project Coordinator We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at 2Base Technologies! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities to ensure successful execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities

Organize, attend, and document meeting minutes for project and team meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up.

​Maintain and update project documentation, including project/task trackers, schedules, resource forecasts, issue logs, and reports.

Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management, and ensure deadlines are met.

Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and client reports.

Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback into project plans.

Support process improvements by maintaining structured document templates, formatting reports, and ensuring proper archiving.

Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and ensure smooth project execution.

Use PMS tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures for project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

Experience working with an agile software development team.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

Experience in Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage.

Knowledge and experience with any software development tools and agile software development methodology.

Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration, and coordination.

Proven success as a problem-solver possesses a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical documentation processes.

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Hands-on experience with project management tools

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to learn and utilize new software as required.

Education & Experience

2 - 4 Years experience in a similar function!

Bachelor’s degree or BSc. IT or CS / BCA / B-Tech IT, CS or EC, MBA, Diploma in CS / IT
