Full Stack Developer Responsibilities: Create effective designs to solve problems. Lead design reviews and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability needs. Drive estimations and review QA scenarios. Guide sprint planning with clear practices for grooming and story complexity. Write clean, scalable code. Ensure testability, address technical challenges, and promote coding best practices. Communicate effectively and mentor team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

Driven to join and help scale an early-stage technology company. 4+ years of experience developing modern web platforms with Microsoft technologies and Angular. Experienced in .NET Core/ASP.NET or Angular 2+ with a strong ability to build software components. Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design. Expertise in backend development, including event-driven programming, distributed systems, caching, and transactional data modeling. Skilled in front-end development with a deep understanding of JavaScript, browser fundamentals, and Angular 2+ application design and deployment.
