Executive - Internal Sales (Arabic) We are growing at Hotpack!
We are looking for a dynamic Arabic-speaking Internal Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions in Arabic across all GCC markets, supporting B2B inquiries, and assisting with marketing content translations and validations. This is a role that combines sales, customer engagement, and Arabic content support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert Webstore B2B customer inquiries into sales.
Manage customer calls and live chats via the webstore, catering to Arabic-speaking customers across GCC countries.
Achieve monthly sales targets, upselling wherever possible.
Follow up on abandoned carts and recover lost customer leads.
Conduct outbound tele-calling and email outreach for potential customer engagement.
Support in website translations – translating all Hotpack websites into Arabic.
Review and verify Arabic content on creatives, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Assist the marketing team with Arabic content support and approvals.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience of 1 to 2 years in sales, e-commerce, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with online platforms, CRM tools, and e-commerce systems.
Excellent attention to detail, especially in content validation and translations.
