Trainee - IT Systems & Cybersecurity

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee - IT Systems & Cybersecurity to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in IT systems and cybersecurity. Job Responsibilities:

Support data backups and disaster recovery procedures. Provide first-line technical support to users across hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, access controls, and device inventory. Set up, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems on cloud Platforms. Support users with ERP access, training, and troubleshooting.  Maintain and monitor servers, cloud storage, and IT assets.  Ensure compliance with IT policies, licensing, and data protection norms. Document IT processes, knowledge base articles, and support logs.   Preferred SkillsSkills required:

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.  Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP),and system administration. Hands-on experience with cloudbased ERP deployments (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext, SAP B1Cloud, Oracle NetSuite, etc.) Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools (antivirus, firewalls,VPNs, etc) Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCSA, or AW
