We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our education-based project, EduGuild. EduGuild is committed to transforming the learning experience for students and educators by providing high-quality educational resources and services that empower learners to reach their full potential. The BDE will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our programs by actively engaging with students and parents, and by visiting colleges and educational institutions as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to build strong relationships and close deals. This role demands a proactive approach to on-ground marketing, lead generation, and student acquisition, with a strong focus on achieving enrollment targets and expanding our presence in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration & Student Acquisition:

Conduct on-ground visits to colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote our courses, certifications, and training programs. Deliver compelling presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate students and faculty about the benefits and career opportunities associated with our offerings. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including students, professors, career counselors, and institutional administrators.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

Identify and generate high-quality leads through direct engagement, networking events, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of conversion metrics.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs. Provide personalized guidance to prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for enrolled students.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, student preferences, and competitor strategies. Gather feedback from students and institutions to refine our offerings and tailor marketing strategies to meet market demands. Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies to support on-ground efforts. Partner with the academic team to ensure alignment between promotional messaging and program content. Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Performance Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare detailed reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results. Present performance metrics and progress updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Education: A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in the said fields is preferred. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably in the education sector or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
