For more details about our product & services visit https://pickyassist.com Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and manage our business development team. The successful candidate will not only focus on expanding our client base but will also be responsible for team management and mentoring, revenue forecasting, and driving the team to achieve set sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.

Manage and mentor the business development team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a competitive, results-driven environment.

Lead market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

Conduct direct outreach to potential clients, attend networking events, and represent the company at industry conferences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and initiatives.

Negotiate and secure contracts with decision-makers at the highest level.

Oversee the seamless integration of new clients with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare detailed reports on the team’s sales pipeline and revenue forecasting to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Foster a proactive, goal-oriented approach within the team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Provide regular updates to executive management on business development activities, team performance, and potential adjustments to the strategic sales plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, with 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools for sales tracking and reporting.
