HR Recruiter

HR Recruiter The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management. The role involves working closely with both employees and management to foster a positive, enjoyable and productive work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Recruitment and Staffing

Post job advertisements and manage the recruitment process. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers. Manage candidate communications and maintain an applicant database. • Assist implementing HR policies and procedures. • Facilitate Employee Training and Development programs • Facilitate Employee Health and Safety programs

Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with adaptability, diplomacy, and resilience • Cultural sensitivity • Above 70% of marks (till semester results published by the University) • MBA / MHRM / MA / MSc. / M. Com • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
