We encourage candidates who are looking for career development opportunities, autonomy and an environment to embrace your creative potential.   ●     Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads) ●     Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation / verification ●     Ability to analysis database issues and request / maintain backups ●     Install, Update and Configure the System following best practice ●     Analyze configuration issues and develop solutions ●     Prepare description of the issues for further analysis ●     Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base. ●     Contribute to continual improvement initiatives ●     accuracy and attention to detail ●     effective self-organization of work ●     willingness to develop and learn ●     Company is based in Tokyo and remote working is possiblePreferred Skills●     5 - Fluent in English B2/C1 level (German or Polish is an advantage) ●     5 - De tools (e.g. Postman, SOAP) ●     4 - JSON structure knowledge ●     3 - Hands-on experience with ALM for testing or any bugging Skills (log analysis) ●     5 - Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers) ●     4 - 2+ years of working experience on Agile projects ●     4 - Experience working in CSV / GMP Environment ●     4 - Hands-on experience with similar API tools. ●     3 - Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog and Task Management) ●     5 - Language: Japanese –N3 Level and English ●     Budget is approximately 10M Japanese Yen P.A ●     2 - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management) ●     2 - Script automation experience -> Powershell/Python basic knowledge (desirable) ●     2 - JavaScript basic knowledge (desirable) ●     1 - SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining) ●     1 - ITIL Experience
