CLM Chugai Governance Lead

Brief DescriptionThe Governance Leader is responsible for ensuring that all governance, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities are carried out effectively within CLM. This role oversees Agile processes, facilitates communication with stakeholders, and champions continuous improvement. Additionally, the Governance Leader emphasizes financial control, scope control, and escalation responsibilities. The Governance Leader serves as a backup to the existing Product Owner and reports into the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and the Program Management Office (PMO).

Preferred Skills●     Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies; adept at applying Lean Agile practices. ●     Governance & Financial Management: Proven experience in financial management, compliance, and governance. ●     Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships. ●     Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams toward common objectives. ●     Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make informed decisions under pressure. ●     Company is based in Tokyo and remote working is possible ●     Budget is approximately 10M Japanese Yen P.A ●     Language: Japanese-N3 Level and English ●     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. ●     Advanced degree or certification in Agile methodologies is preferred.
