We encourage candidates who are looking for career development opportunities, autonomy and an environment to embrace your creative potential. ●     Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads) ●     Analyzing business scenarios and processes that may be solved by implementation of a global system and/or modifications to business processes in order to cover the customer needs ●     Assessing customer scope and requirements against an existing global template assumptions and best practices ●     Providing consultancy in evaluation, development, and deployment of systems and/or related processes ●     Foster business and label layout harmonization across systems, sites and departments ●     Being accountable for documentation, which may include, but is not limited to: ○     User Requirements ○     Functional and/or technical specifications ○     Process flow diagrams ○     Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks ○     Training documentation and/or work instructions ○     Documents supporting Computer System Validation ○     Other technical documentation and SOPs (if needed) ●     Managing communications and work session plans with multiple business units/projects as well as with internal IT cross-functional teams ●     Demonstrates knowledge of current GxP requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to write validation documentation. ●     Demonstrates proficiency in generation validation documents like Specifications ●     Coordinate customers SAT and UAT planning and execution with testers ●     Demonstrates proficiency in gSuite ●     Demonstrates basic knowledge of SAP and MES systems and the interfacing thereof ●     Demonstrates ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity ●     Demonstrates ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy ●     Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. ●     Company is based in Tokyo and remote working is possible  Preferred Skills●     At least 3-years of experience in business analysis ●     Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment, ideally Life Science industry ●     Experience in label management is an advantage ●     Understanding SAFe delivery path and Agile practices ●     Proven ability for superior communication skills, expectation management and stakeholder management ●     Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / Cultural awareness. ●     Ability to reflect on own work and oriented towards improving the team’s way of working and process optimization ●     Fluent in English B2/C1 Level (German or Polish is an advantage) ●     Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog) ●     Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management) ●     PSPO and / or SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining). ●     Budget is approximately 10M Japanese Yen P.A ●     Linguistic and communication skills - ability to easily put complex thoughts into words ●     Practical knowledge in scope of business analysis area for IT solutions ●     Analytical thinking ability, collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops techniques ●     Knowledge of issues related to usability of systems/ application ●     Good ability to elicit and define requirements on many levels (User requirements, functional and non-functional requirements) ●     Clear formulation of ideas, providing the right level of details to the specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements ●     Managing and working with stakeholders in order to understand business needs ●     Defining and setting the scope of the project/release/sprint ●     Practical knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria) ●     Practical knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, process mapping, conceptual and logical modeling, data dictionary, requirements modeling, business rules, decision tables, etc.) ●     Translating requirements into specifications, ability to use precise technical language, creating high quality documentation ●     Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, strong problem solving skills ●     Ability to influence decision making through analysis ●     Good understanding of agile software development processes and principles; understanding of waterfall processes and differences between the two approaches, ●     Knowledge of Scrum framework and roles ●     Requirements management throughout their lifecycle, ensuring requirements are tracked and traced, ability to manage changes in requirements effectively ●     Clear formulation of ideas, providing the right level of details to the specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements ●     Curiosity and analytical thinking, ability to ask the right questions, ability to challenge requirements and business processes ●     Good knowledge of techniques of workshop facilitation ●     Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a member of a team ●     Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with UX specialist, knowledge of User Centered Design process ●     Understanding the customer experience, prototyping and designing basic wireframes ●     Ability to plan, organize and structure work, ability to estimate and deliver tasks within scheduled dates ●     Ability to share knowledge and train others ●     Working closely with developers, testers, solution architects etc.  ●     Language: Japanese-N3 Level and English
