Customer Success and Software Implementation Manager( Technical Project Management Cum Customer Succ Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success and Software Implementation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by overseeing the implementation of our software solutions and providing ongoing support. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Software Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engineering, to align implementation strategies.
  • Customize software solutions to meet client-specific needs and requirements.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources.

Customer Success Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and after implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer adoption and utilization of the software to ensure maximum value realization.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges clients may face.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to educate clients on software features and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for client needs within the company.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze implementation processes and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into customer success strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success policies, procedures, and documentation.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex software deployment projects.
  • Experience in SaaS environments is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
