Business Aanalyst-Odoo ERP Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Odoo ERP to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and translate them into functional specifications. Map business needs to Odoo ERP functionalities and recommend optimal solutions. Conduct gap analysis and provide custom workflow suggestions based on Odoo capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, requirement discussions, and proposal preparation. Lead and support the implementation of Odoo ERP across various business functions. Work closely with development teams to customize Odoo modules as per business needs. Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support. Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user manuals for deployed solutions. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Odoo ERP implementations. Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc. Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis. Prior experience in pre-sales activities and client engagement. Knowledge of Odoo configurations, workflows, and business process automation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Odoo or ERP-related modules is a plus. Experience in ERP implementation across different industries. Basic knowledge of Odoo customization and development (Python, XML) is an advantage.
