Business development Executive Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Role & Responsibilities
• Achieve target number of qualified prospects and new opportunities (meetings)
• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
• Prospect, qualify and create sales opportunities
• Manage personalized outbound campaigns
• Attend industry-related virtual events.
Skill set
• 2-4 years of experience as SDR, BDR or equivalent position
• Familiarity with B2B enterprise
• Experience with any CRM, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite of productivity tools (ex. Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of generating sales opportunities and customer-facing activities
• Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
