Brief DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and a passion for designing, developing, and maintaining PLC and SCADA systems. As an Industrial PLC SCADA Programmer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, integrity, and security of our automation systems. Responsibilities: ·         Design, develop, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation. ·         Analyze and understand the automation needs of the industry or client. ·         Create and maintain detailed documentation of the PLC programs, including diagrams and flowcharts. ·         Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of the PLC and SCADA systems. ·         Setup OPC data ingress ·         Implement system upgrades and enhancements for PLC and SCADA systems. ·         Monitor and optimize the performance of the automation systems. ·         Conduct performance analysis and tuning to ensure efficient operations. ·         Implement backup and recovery plans to protect against data loss. ·         Manage user access and security to the automation systems. ·         Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues related to PLC and SCADA systems.Preferred Skills·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ·         Minimum of 3+ years of experience in PLC and SCADA programming and an overall 7+ years ·         Strong hands on knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems and software (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Wonderware). ·         Proficiency in programming languages used for PLC and SCADA systems and OPC tools ·         Experience with performance analysis and tuning techniques. ·         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·         Experience with database management and industrial communication protocols. ·         Knowledge of programming languages and APIs is a plus ·         Knowledge of Japanese is mandatory (N2/N3 levels atleast)
