Brief DescriptionThis multifaceted role involves designing, implementing, and managing network, storage, systems, security, replication, database, Active Directory, and automation solutions within the AWS cloud environment. The engineer will focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of cloud-based infrastructure and services. Key Responsibilities: ·         Network Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy network solutions to support AWS cloud services. ·         Storage Management: Design and manage scalable storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability. ·         Systems Administration: Maintain and optimize cloud-based systems for performance and reliability. ·         Security Implementation: Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data. ·         Replication Management: Set up and manage data replication processes to ensure data redundancy and disaster recovery. ·         Database Administration: Design, deploy, and manage databases, ensuring high availability and performance. ·         Active Directory Management: Configure and maintain Active Directory services for authentication and authorization. ·         Automation: Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks. ·         Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor systems and networks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. ·         Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure best practices are followed. ·         Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and best practices.Preferred Skills·         Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS services, networking, storage solutions, systems administration, security practices, replication, database management, cloud migration and Active Directory. ·         Clout Automation (IaC Infrastructure as Cloud) Skills: Proficiency in cloud infrastructure automation tools (Eg: Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, AWS Cloud Development Kit CDK, Ansible) ·         Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across various domains. Preferred Qualifications: ·         10+ years of total experience, with 7+ relevant experience ·         Experience with end-to-end cloud migration projects, DevOps practices and tools. ·         Familiarity with compliance standards and security frameworks. ·         Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices. ·         Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty, AWS Certified Database – Specialty, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. ·         Knowledge of Japanese is mandatory (N2/N3 levels atleast)
