Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, gathering and documenting requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. User Story Development: Write clear, detailed, and prioritized user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that provide value and are feasible for the development team. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the Agile team, ensuring that business requirements are well-understood andprioritized. Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and define clear sprint Process Improvement: Analyze and improve business processes by identifying and implementing Agile best practices and recommending enhancements to improve project delivery. Sprint Planning & Review:, Participate in in sprint sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team remains aligned with the project objectives and productvision. Documentation: Maintain updated project documentation, including requirements traceability, and contribute to a shared understanding of the product vision and goals. Quality Assurance: Define and execute acceptance testing and validate the final product  Preferred SkillsMandatory experience as a Business Analyst
