JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent B.Com graduates with a maximum of 1 year of experience. Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions on a daily basis. Assist in processing invoices, verifying expenses, and managing payments. Follow up on outstanding payments and support in invoicing. Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Support the month-end closing process by preparing financial statements and reports. Assist in analysing financial data and preparing reports to aid decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in providing necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits. Preferred Skills Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment
