Lead - NodeJs [GNX - JD - 005]

Responsibilities Include: 

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using NestJS. 

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Node.js and NestJS development. 

Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines. 

Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of our applications. 

Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions. 

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Node.js and NestJS development, and incorporate them into our projects as appropriate. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Node.js development, with proficiency in NestJS. 

 

 

Preferred Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 

Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB,. 

Familiarity with micro services architecture and distributed systems. 

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. 

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
