Brief DescriptionJob Description: Business Development Executive (1-3 Years Experience) Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (IT SERVICES) to drive lead generation and business growth through inside sales, cold calling, email marketing, and prospect research. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients using LinkedIn and market research platforms. Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, email marketing, and outreach methods. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Inside Sales:
Conduct cold calls to present products/services and schedule meetings. Build and maintain client relationships through the sales cycle. Negotiate and close deals to meet targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships to foster trust and loyalty. Address customer inquiries with tailored solutions.
Market and Prospect Research:
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demands. Create actionable reports to guide sales strategies.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute targeted email campaigns for prospects and clients. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for results.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate on campaigns, sales materials, and presentations. Support strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Preferred SkillsQualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, cold calling, or lead generation. Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and market research platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
