Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled developer with strong C# scripting abilities to join our BPO team as an ABBYY FlexiCapture Developer and Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing our ABBYY FlexiCapture solution to scan, recognize, manage workflows and validate PDF invoices. Key activities include template creation, customization, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to the ABBYY environment. While previous OCR experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory—what’s most important is your strong coding background, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of mission-critical processes.  Key Requirements:

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL with a solid grasp of software development best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, particularly ABBYY OCR platforms. Excellent communication skills for collaborating in a remote, cross-functional environment. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure high data extraction accuracy and system reliability. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar OCR products. Familiarity with REST APIs. Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and machine learning or advanced data extraction techniques. Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) for enhanced data processing. Background in integrating OCR solutions within broader DevOps practices.Additional Details: Ideal candidates demonstrate ownership, independent thinking, and accountability in their work. Strong analytical skills to architect scalable, maintainable OCR solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in different time zones/countries. Previous OCR experience is beneficial but not mandatory—enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential.
