Academic Counsellor

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and approachable Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to address queries effectively. Prior experience in the same field is preferred, as the role involves promoting our educational programs, driving student enrollments, and meeting targets. Key Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students and parents on available courses and programs. Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information to support informed academic decisions. Assist in the admissions process, including explaining procedures and eligibility criteria. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to achieve enrollment targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive student enrollments. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Preferred Skills Experience: 0-1 year, with at least 6 months of experience in the same field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
