Lead development of scalable web applications, handling both front-end and back-end using modern technologies. Develop and maintain enterprise-grade portals and portlets using Java-based frameworks Develop and maintain business process models and integrate them into enterprise applications (jBPM or similar) Build responsive UIs with React.js, integrating with back-end services. Develop and implement APIs and integrate third-party APIs. Collaborate with teams to design, build, test and maintain high-quality applications Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for data storage and management. Optimize queries and ensure data integrity and security Collaborate with architects and teams to design scalable, maintainable system solutions. Ensure optimal application performance through efficient coding and system tuning Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science , IT or a related field 2-10 years of professional experience in software development. Strong experience in Java, J2EE, and the Spring Framework (including Spring Boot). Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Experience in Hibernate, RESTful API development, and integration. Proficiency in using Business Process Management tools such as jBPM, Camunda, or similar Strong understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience in portal and portlet development. Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD), Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
