Profile Overview: An exemplary candidate who will be responsible for understanding and successfully completing assigned projects within the specified time frame. The candidate should possess the capacity to troubleshoot, follow instructions, and achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and coordinate with the business development team. Supervise and guide the technical team in tasks such as estimates, proposals, pricing, resource allocation, quality standards, and on-time project delivery. Ensure technical support for successful project execution. Collaborate with the Project Manager and attend client meetings for project coordination if needed. Manage business activities, focusing on financial and strategic growth. Be a part of recruitment, financial, management activities. Deliver comprehensive reports to project teams and senior management. Oversee estimates to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Capture growth opportunities and evaluate new software and technologies. Maintain project tracking logs for percentage completion, change orders, RFIs, and submittals in the absence of project manager. Generate Project Status Reports and participate in weekly internal project status meetings. Review and coordinate details with production and installation teams when needed. Attend weekly site Contractor Meetings/ Coordination meetings if needed. Ensure quality control processes for the projects undertaken within the team. Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations. Provide technical guidance to junior modelers, review assignments, and propose solutions to enhance workflow. Evaluate and optimize the firm’s workflow, strategies, budgets, projects, and staffing. Demonstrate organizational skills, focus on outcomes, customer-centric communication, and relationship-building.
