Position Summary:
Intbrains is in search of a proficient and seasoned Java developer to become a valued member of our committed team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multifunctional teams to comprehend project needs, implement efficient and scalable solutions, and assure the dependability and security of Java-driven applications.
Location – Kochi Experience 3-5years
Job Responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of core Java programming with understanding of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
• Skilled in employing Java concurrency patterns to craft well-structured and easily understandable Java code.
• High level of knowledge of the programming language Java.
• Fundamental understanding of the Java class loading mechanism.
• Experience in handling external and embedded databases.
• Skilled at creating database schemas that characterize and support business processes.
• Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services.
• Foundational understanding of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM), along with its limitations, shortcomings, and potential solutions.
• Expertise in continuous integration.
• OPENAM installation and configuration in ubuntu.
• Comprehension of fundamental design principles for creating a scalable application.
• Extensive expertise in the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in software development design patterns including GIT, Swagger, PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), and RabbitMQ.
• Expertise in API technologies such as Rest Webservices
• Prior practice in creating unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
• Knowledge of markup languages such as JSON and YML
• Proficiency in quality and security scanning technologies like Sonar, Fortify, and Web Inspect.
• Understanding of building tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc
• Knowledge in Agile approach will be a plus
• Experience with Angular would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of event driven design.

• Ability to critically think and problem solve. • Excellent expertise in Java 8/9/10, Multithreading, Microservices, • Good exposure and progressive experience working on AWS Cloud and integrations • Strong hands-on experience on Spring core and Spring JPA • Good with CI/CD – Jenkins
