Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma, and have a passion for designing engaging, functional, and responsive websites. This role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.  Responsibilities: • Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites optimized for all devices. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed web design mockups to visualize ideas. • Produce digital assets such as banners, landing pages, and other website elements. • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices. • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and meet usability standards. • Update and maintain websites as needed, ensuring they remain modern and optimized. Preferred SkillsQualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in web design or a related field. Proficiency in Tools: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Figma Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects. Deep understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.  Preferred Skills:  Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus). Understanding of website optimization, SEO, and web accessibility. Experience with CMS platforms and website management tools.
