Telecaller English and Malayalam

Brief DescriptionWe need 10 Malayalam Agents and 15 English agents. Responsibilities:

Make phone calls to customers.

Explain products and services clearly.

Answer questions and resolve issues.

Keep records of calls and customer details.

Follow up with interested customers.

Bring ssales to the client.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent or higher

Preferred SkillsSkills Required:

Good communication skills in Malayalam, English.

if you are comfrtable with Tamil or hindi, that will abe an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work well in a team.

Positive attitude and patience.
