Brief DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies that promote our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns, build brand awareness, and ensure the successful execution of marketing plans. Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster repeat business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to convert leads into sales. Track sales performance and report on monthly sales figures, identifying areas for improvement. Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and respond promptly to client requests. Develop and maintain a detailed sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales. Create compelling content for social media platforms, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, product packaging, and online content. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Manage and update the company website and social media accounts. Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products and engage potential customers. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. Preferred SkillsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least two plus years in a similar role. Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and sales performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.

Desired Skills:

Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital marketing tools. Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Fluency in English language.
