Product Design Engineer Trainee

Brief DescriptionWe're looking for a passionate and talented Product Design Engineer Trainee to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on experience in the field of robotics, collaborating with seasoned professionals on impactful projects that aim to improve lives through innovative technology. As an intern, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product design process, starting from the initial brainstorming and ideation phases, where creativity and fresh perspectives are encouraged, to detailed sketching and design development. You’ll play a critical role in transforming ideas into tangible prototypes, participating in user testing, and gathering feedback to refine and improve designs.   Duties & Responsibilities: 

Translate user needs and market research into innovative product concepts.  Generate detailed hand sketches and renderings to communicate design ideas.  Develop 3D models and prototypes using industry-standard software  (SolidWorks, etc.).  Conduct user testing and refine designs based on feedback.  Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring products to life.  Preferred SkillsKey Skills:  

Proficiently create detailed hand sketches to visualize product concepts.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial design / Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.  Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
