Brief DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Generation Representative at Naga Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through various channels. This position requires excellent communication, research, and organizational skills to support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Research & Targeting: Conduct research on industries and locations.
Customer Data Building: Build and maintain customer databases using tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and others.
Cold Outreach: Execute cold outreach via emails, social media, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Follow-ups & Scheduling: Follow up with leads and schedule calls with potential customers.
Calendar Management: Organize meetings and appointments.
Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
Document Preparation: Create and organize reports, presentations, and files.
Preferred Skills
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related fields is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or administrative support.
Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or similar.
Experience with basic lead-generation strategies and cold outreach through calling, email, and social media.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRM Tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
