Brief DescriptionExperience - 4+ Years Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days Work Location will be Kochi Infopark Job Description• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design and user research, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful projects in user-centered design and research.• Extensive experience in both conducting and leading user research, from planning and execution to analysis and presentation.• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and research tools such as User Testing, Optimal Workshop, or similar.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research insights into actionable design solutions and strategies.• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
