UX/UI Designer

Brief DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for websites and apps, as well as the ability to design marketing assets for digital and print media. If you have a knack for creativity, technical skills, and customer interaction, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Website Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional website designs that align with the brand’s vision. UI/UX Design for Apps/Websites: Develop user-friendly interfaces and experiences for apps and websites with a focus on usability and engagement. Marketing Assets Creation: Design promotional materials such as images, banners, and graphics for social media campaigns and other digital promotions. Print Design: Create brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for offline promotions. WordPress Proficiency: Build and manage WordPress websites, including design customization and functionality enhancement. Cold Calling (Optional): Engage in cold calling to potential customers and arrange meetings with in-house IT consultants (preferred but not mandatory).

 Preferred SkillsRequirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing website, app, and marketing design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar. Familiarity with WordPress website creation and customization. Basic knowledge of marketing trends and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Cold calling experience is a plus but not mandatory
