We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers in target organizations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media. • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Engage potential clients, present our IT products/services, and tailor pitches to meet client needs. • Deal Closure: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the post-sales team. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing B2B clients, acting as the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities. • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions through CRM software. • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales & marketing experience (client handling, cold-calling, Vendor management etc.) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. (Candidates with IT Experience will be preferred.) • A person who can work onsite. • Candidates who are willing to make cold calls to potential clients. • Proficient in communication (English) over calls, chat, email channels, and face-to-face. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, and Office Working Tools.
