Sales & Client Relationship Building: Identify and connect with new clients, understand their needs, and showcase our innovative fintech solutions that drive real business value. After-Sales Customer Support: Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain ongoing client satisfaction. Address inquiries, provide follow-up support, and foster long-term partnerships with our valued customers. Data Migration Support: Guide clients through the data migration process from their current systems to our platform, coordinating with the technical team to ensure accuracy and client confidence throughout the transition.

What You’ll Bring:

Sales Savvy: Background in sales or client acquisition, with a keen interest in understanding customers’ needs and building solid relationships. Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage. Tech Adaptability: Comfort with learning new software and guiding clients in data migration. Experience in Excel and data handling is a plus! Problem Solver: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
