Full Stack Developer – PHP, WordPress, and Azure

Role Overview The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications tailored for the healthcare sector. This role requires proficiency in front-end and back-end development, with an emphasis on PHP, WordPress, and Microsoft Azure deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of responsive design, seamless user experience, and optimized server and database performance. Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development ? Design, develop, and maintain web applications using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery to ensure responsive and user-friendly designs. ? Develop and optimize back-end applications using PHP 8.2 and WordPress 6.5.3, customizing and extending WordPress themes and plugins as needed. ? Ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end, maintaining a consistent user experience across devices.
2. Database and Server Management ? Develop and maintain database architecture using MySQL, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and efficient querying. ? Manage server configurations and deployments on Nginx, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability. ? Troubleshoot and resolve server-side issues, handling server logs and error reports effectively.
3. Azure Cloud Deployment and Management ? Deploy, configure, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, utilizing Azure services for web hosting, scaling, and monitoring. ? Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure the seamless deployment and maintenance of applications on Azure. ? Monitor application performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency on the Azure platform, implementing optimizations as needed.
4. Code Optimization and Quality Assurance ? Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. ? Conduct regular code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimizations to ensure the application remains efficient and scalable. ? Work with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance before release, addressing bugs and issues proactively.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration ? Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align web applications with user needs and strategic goals. ? Partner with the SEO team to ensure web applications are optimized for search engines, improving loading times, and implementing SEO-friendly elements. ? Work closely with product managers to prioritize feature updates, enhancements, and maintenance tasks based on user feedback and business goals. Qualifications ? Experience: 3-5 years of full-stack development experience with a focus on PHP, WordPress, and cloud deployment. ? Front-End Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles. ? Back-End Skills: Strong experience with PHP (8.2) and WordPress (6.5.3), including custom theme and plugin development. ? Database Skills: Proficient in MySQL, with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries. ? Server Skills: Experience with Nginx for web server configuration, management, and troubleshooting. ? Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for deploying and managing web applications. Preferred Skills ? Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with shell scripting for server management tasks is a plus. ? Version Control: Experience with Git for code versioning and collaboration. ? Additional CMS Experience: Knowledge of other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) can be advantageous. ? UI/UX Insight: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to contribute to a user-friendly design process.
