We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in systems or databases with a high level of accuracy.

Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed.

Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.

Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Support team members with data-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
