Senior ReactJS Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable front-end solutions, and play a key role in mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build engaging user experiences, ensuring efficient performance and an intuitive interface. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex, responsive web applications using ReactJS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that can be used across projects. Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Stay up to date with the latest trends, libraries, and frameworks in front-end development. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and usability issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and project discussions. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of industry experience in front-end development, with at least 4 years specializing in ReactJS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Experience with ReactJS workflows (such as Redux, Flux) and advanced hooks. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less). Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha, and a TDD approach to development. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools for front-end deployments. Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
