Brief Description
· Handling the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers· Maintaining Recruitment Trackers and reports· Liaise with Technical managers to coordinate interviews· Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and smooth integration.· Support performance management by assisting in evaluations and tracking progress.· Oversee leave management, including processing requests and maintaining leave balances.· Assist in Visa processing for employees requiring international travel.· Organize and track employee training programs, ensuring timely completion and progress.· Employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and boost retention.
Preferred Skills . 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably from the IT industry· Good communication skills· Innovative thinker & process oriented· Attitude and willingness to learn· Attention to detail· Tech Savvy
