Your Mission:

• Develop and implement strategies to effectively close recruitment requirements for FDC Web Technologies Pvt Ltd India. • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle independently, ensuring a seamless process. • Build and sustain a robust pipeline to address recurring recruitment needs. • Create and manage comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. • Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. • Exhibit advanced skills in handling and analyzing data in Excel for recruitment and reporting purposes. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Your Profile: • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing top talent and skilled negotiation. • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, ensuring effective data management and reporting. • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Monster and Naukri is an asset. • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. • Strong understanding of HR processes to support effective recruitment and employee management. • Advanced skills in Excel for managing and analyzing recruitment data efficiently.
