Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify and understand the Cyber Security staffing needs and requirements. • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Cyber Security positions. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including databases, online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals and direct sourcing. • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. • Manage the candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely guidance and support to candidates including answering inquiries, providing feedback. • Collaborate with the People Operations team to negotiate job offers, facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Databases. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights related to Cyber Security to effectively identify and assess talent. • Assist with employer branding initiatives and participate in relevant industry events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice. • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management team.
