Position Summary: Koncepts Lab is seeking an insightful and proactive Growth Strategy Associate to support our mission of driving growth across Digital, AI, and Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This entry-level role is designed for recent MBA graduates with strong analytical abilities, foundational knowledge in business analysis, and a passion for strategic growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the CGSO, the Growth Strategy Associate will gain exposure to client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven strategy development, and research. The role offers an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a dynamic, forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning, Market Analysis & Research ? Assist in developing and refining growth strategies by conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis. ? Analyze market trends, customer insights, and industry developments, focusing on innovations in Digital, AI, and CX. ? Provide actionable recommendations based on research, including potential growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies. Client Engagement & Proposal Development ? Work with senior team members in client meetings to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities. ? Contribute to the creation of customized proposals and growth strategies aligned with client needs and Koncepts Lab’s value proposition. ? Prepare client presentations and strategic recommendations that highlight insights, drive measurable client growth, and address specific business challenges. Data Analysis, Performance Monitoring & Analytics ? Use data-driven methods to support growth initiatives, analyzing customer segments, product performance, and market trends. ? Track, evaluate, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth strategies, offering insights and optimization recommendations. ? Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to interpret and present data clearly, supporting strategic decisions and enhancing client engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration ? Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies across departments. ? Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, contributing ideas to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. Project Management & Reporting ? Support project management efforts by organizing and documenting assigned projects to ensure timely completion. ? Develop clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate research findings, project statuses, and actionable insights to internal teams and clients. Innovation & Continuous Improvement ? Generate ideas to enhance client satisfaction and reduce client attrition by implementing innovative, research-backed solutions. ? Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Digital, AI, and CX to reinforce Koncepts Lab’s leadership and relevance in these fields. Key Qualifications: ? MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, or a related field. ? Strong foundation in business analysis, data interpretation, market research, and data-driven strategy. ? Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting insights and recommendations professionally. Preferred Skills: ? Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) and an eagerness to learn new technologies in Digital, AI, and CX. ? Basic understanding of agile project management methodologies or structured goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs or KPIs. ? Curiosity and adaptability in exploring new tools and approaches that boost client engagement and improve operational efficiency
