Technical Team Lead

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. Job Responsibilities: ● Project Planning and Management● Provide Technical guidelines to the development team.● Team Management● Overseeing the development process,coordinating with team members and ensuring successful delivery of projects.● Facilitating effective communication within the team, ensuring clear documentation of project requirements, designs, and processes.● Identifying and addressing technical challenges.Preferred Skills● The candidate should have team lead experience for at least 6 months.● Good communication and Problem solving skills.● Expertise in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, including pixel-perfect design, custom coding (without libraries), CSS Grid, and animations.● Proficiency in the Angular framework, with a solid understanding of NgRx, RxJS, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.● Good understanding of React, including Redux and Redux-Saga for state management.● Familiarity with Next.js architecture, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and client-side optimization.● Experience with payment gateway integration and implementing localization in web applications.● Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB, with expertise in structuring databases for scalability and performance.● Knowledge of developing RESTful APIs using Express.js.
