Brief Description- Learn and understand our products/services and technical support processes- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolution- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions- Collaborate with senior technicians and team members to resolve complex issues- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and new technologies- Participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance skills- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targetsPreferred Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- 0-1 year of experience in technical support or a related field- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with helpdesk software and technical support tools.
