Software Trainer

Brief DescriptionResponsibilities

·        Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions       Designing and developing training curriculum ·        Providing hands-on exercises and projects to enhance participants' skills ·        Evaluating participants' progress and providing constructive feedback Qualifications ·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ IT or a related field. ·        Software engineering experience, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. ·        Proven experience as a Proficient in Full Stack Python/ Java/ Asp.Net / PHP, developer or Trainer ·        Strong grasp of database theory, including experience with relational and non-relational databases. ·        Depth Knowledge in any Front End Development technologies & Web development ·        Familiarity with REST APIs. ·        Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. ·        Strong communication and presentation skills ·        Ability to engage and motivate participants.Preferred SkillsSkills ·        Programming & Coding skills ·        Training/Teaching skills ·        Communication skills ·        Problem-solving skills ·        Presentation skills   Location: Technopark, Trivandrum Job Nature: Working from Office only   Mail resume to: careers@m2comsys.us with subject line as "Job Post: Software Trainer"
