Lead UX Designer

Brief DescriptionLead the UX design process of multiple product features simultaneously while handling teams through project completion. Responsibilities: ·       Enable effective communication channels with the stakeholders and within the team to execute the projects. ·       Support research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points. ·       Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively. ·       Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. ·       Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies. Preferred SkillsSkills:  ·       5+ years of experience in the UX design, having full knowledge of UX design process ·       Knowledge of Design system, components and patternsStrong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices. ·       Experience with wireframing, mock-ups, and prototyping tools including Figma. ·       Experience with usability testing. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ·       Portfolio of work demonstrating strong UX design skills.
