We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Executive to join our team and serve as the face of our company. We are seeking a versatile and organized Technical Training Coordinator to oversee the initial 4-6 months of the training program for new hires, focusing on their progress, performance, and course completion. He / she will act as a bridge between trainees and subject matter experts, ensuring trainees acquire the foundational skills required to transition into projects smoothly. We also welcome applications from software engineers interested in transitioning to a career in technical training. Location: Trivandrum Department: Training & Development Experience: 2 years Responsibilities Training Coordination and Management · Oversee the training program for freshers, monitoring their engagement with provided course materials and assignments. · Conduct daily follow-ups with trainees to maintain focus on timely completion of training modules. · Track trainee progress and maintain comprehensive records of their training status. Support and Mentorship · Assist trainees with basic programming and coding questions, providing guidance and support to aid their understanding. · Act as a point of contact for trainees to address any training-related questions or concerns. · Work closely with subject matter experts to clarify advanced technical questions and relay explanations back to trainees. Material Review and Update · Collaborate with technical experts and trainers to keep training materials current and relevant to industry standards. · Regularly review course content and provide feedback to trainers for improvements. Reporting and Feedback · Generate reports on trainee performance, completion rates, and areas of improvement for management review. · Provide feedback to trainees and coordinate with trainers on any necessary remedial actions to ensure a smooth transition to project work. Goal Achievement · Ensure that trainees are fully prepared and meet the necessary standards to be assigned to projects within 4-6 months of joining. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. · 2+ years of experience in a training coordination or technical training role, ideally in a technology company. · Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages, coding practices, and technical problem-solving. · Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and reporting. · Ability to motivate and support freshers through the early stages of their technical training journey. · Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and training management tools is a plus. Skills and Attributes · Strong Communication: Able to clearly explain concepts and provide constructive feedback. · Attention to Detail: Ensures all trainees adhere to the training structure and timelines. · Collaboration: Works effectively with technical experts, trainers, and management. · Problem Solving: Able to address trainee queries and basic programming issues independently. Working Conditions · Based in Technopark, Trivandrum with occasional travel to other offices, if necessary. · Flexible working hours may be required to coordinate with global teams and external trainers.
