SysOps Specialist

Brief DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a SysOps Specialist skilled in Azure, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Search, and Octopus deployments. This role involves managing customer deployments for approximately Six applications, routine maintenance, and patching during US business hours. Key Responsibilities:

Execute customer deployments efficiently and ensure robust service delivery across multiple applications. Perform system maintenance, including regular updates and patching, to ensure optimal performance and security. Manage operational tasks, deployments, and documentation as per established playbooks. Engage with the internal IT and service delivery teams to coordinate on various operational activities. Ensure all communication regarding system operations is timely and accurately reported through Slack. Prepare and update documentation and system playbooks to maintain quality and consistency in operations. Participate in on-call rotation for out-of-hours issues and provide prompt resolutions.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, US Shift  Adherence to Indian holidays with availability for occasional out-of-hours call outs.

Ability to work US Daytime / India Night Shift.
