Define and implement long-term strategic goals to enhance market presence. Build and nurture key customer relationships to secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and revenue growth. Identify and convert potential new clients while maintaining positive relationships with existing ones. Develop tailored presentations for solutions and services that anticipate client needs. Engage in proactive client prospecting through networking, cold calling, and advertising. Strategize persuasive approaches to secure potential client business. Establish and maintain strong client rapport, setting sales targets to bolster business relationships. Present new products and services to improve existing relationships. Preferred Skills Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT and ITeS industry. Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, company-provided solutions/services, and competitors. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management. Ability to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators within the market. Competency in sales forecasting and meeting set targets. Commitment to representing the company positively in all engagements. Capable of offering business development training and mentoring to internal staff. In-depth and hands-on outbound sales experience  English - Full Professional/Professional Working Proficiency Must have international sales and marketing exposure  Preferred to have ANZ and APAC geo sales and client exposure.
